All bundled up

This image comes from Lili of the Valley and not only is the baby penguin adorable, but so is the sweet little girl, giving him a helping hand.  I've colored with my favorite medium of prismas, and added stickles to her hat and the snow.  The mittens, tree and large snowflake (with a sparkle gem added to the center) are die cuts, while the little snowflakes on the mittens were from a punch.  The doily and foam snowman were in my stash, and the cute penguin background paper was gifted to me by my BFF, Gail -- thanks, girlfriend!

Playful penguin

This cutie-patootie comes from Whimsy Stamps, drawn by artist Crissy Armstrong -- I'm just in love with all her penguins!  I've colored with prismas, added stickles to the snow to give it some shine, and computer-generated the verse.
The snowman is a glittered foam-embellishment, and the penguin is a brad.   The trees are a die cut, and I've tucked a doily behind, and added a couple shiny candi-dots to finish this off.    I'm betting this little guy is enticing you to come out and play!

Nursing care

How many times does someone take extra special care of us in our time of need, and go unrecognized?  I colored this sweet Lili of the Valley image and sent if off to the nursing desk a while back, where my husband had been hospitalized for a few days.  I did faux stitching around my image, the corners were done with a punch, and the remainder is just layering, so it made for ease in mailing.

Thinking of you

This bear comes from Wild Rose Studio, and wanting to keep the main focus on her, I kept my background plain, and made the frame border with washi tape -- a great use for the tape, since it seems to be taking over (haha, what about your supply).   And, once again, I've used prismas to color/shade up my image.

Thank you bear

This cutie comes from ScrapBerry's My Little Bear, which I've colored with prismas and added the gold "thank you" sticker.   The card just took off from there, adding heart doilies, a pretty little bow, die cuts, pearls, flowers, lace . . .
Thank you so much for coming in to look!

Baby, it's cold outside

At least this winter gal from Sherri Baldy at My Besties, is bundled up for the cold.  I had some fantastic snowflake paper, which, as you can see, I covered up most of it - haha - I sometimes wonder why we crafters bother to try and coordinate so well.   My verse was computer generated.   A couple doilies tucked behind my image for a lacy effect, and a snowflake border die cut, with a couple glitzy foam snowflakes added, along with a die cut deer and a foam snowman to complete my creation.  Thanks so much for coming in to view -- stay warm out there, those of you that are entering into chilly winter!

Gingerbread delight

I discovered I had this cute gingerbread paper, so I chose this cute gingerbread digital from Whimsy, by Crissy Armstrong, to color up -- isn't it sweet?   I colored with prismas, added stickles to the white portions of the candy cane, and found I had a peppermint foam candy to put atop its candy bow, rather than me coloring it.   I added faux stitching, framed circles and a doily behind.  The upper corners are done with a punch, and ribbon with the sentiment already on it, runs along the bottom.   Thanks for coming in to look!
